Winter Wonderland

Even though we do not like winter to last six months, we do enjoy the beauty of the season. Tonight it is snowing big flakes and I took some pictures of the house since we added some landscape lights several weeks ago. Happy New Year !!

Nice, but Not Wanted

We woke up this morning to eight inches of snow. At least the snow was dry, not the wet, heavy stuff that we normally get. We are sorry that we sold the snowblower. It took us five hours to clear the driveway; now our backs are sore! We were suppose to go to a BCS game party this evening, but the couple who are hosting the party decided to postpone the party for a few days. They are now calling the party "We're Finally Dug Out! Seems appropriate, hopefully the roads will be clear. They do not do a good job in snow removal, but we are thankful that the community does a much better job than the town of Hendersonville.
